Returns Policy


We hope that you love your OLLIE & LULU purchase. If for any reason it is not the correct fit for your child, you are welcome to return full price items to us within 14 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit to use via our online store. 

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we do offer a store credit to be used via our online store, issued for the purchase amount on full price items only. We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items so please choose carefully when purchasing items on sale (this also includes items purchased using a discount code). 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, you will need to place a new order for the correct size/ item you are after, as we can not guarantee that your item will be instock once the return is processed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • It must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To process an exchange, please email and we will endeavour to assist you. 



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.



  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item, we recommend sending your items with a tracking number as we take no responsibility for tracking the return of your items or if your parcel was to be missed placed via the courier. 


Store Credits

Store Credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Store Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. 


Faulty or Damaged Item 

If your item is faulty or damaged, please send an email with images to with your order number and contact details.
